What is the last date to file ITR for FY 2026-27?

31 July 2027 for non-audit individuals and HUFs. 31 October 2027 for audit cases (companies and tax audit cases). Late fee under Section 234F of ₹5,000 (₹1,000 for income below ₹5L) applies if filed after the due date.

What is the penalty for late GST return filing?

Late fee: ₹50/day (₹25 CGST + ₹25 SGST) for regular returns, ₹20/day for nil returns, maximum ₹10,000 per return. Interest at 18% p.a. applies separately on late tax payment.

When is TDS for March due?

TDS deducted in March must be paid by 30 April (instead of the usual 7th of the next month). Q4 TDS/TCS returns are due on 31 May.
